In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended and any Bonus Funds forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Process

Registration is free of charge. zz661 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. zz661 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and as a condition of continued access to the Platform, zz661 requires users to complete KYC verification. This process requires you to submit satisfactory proof of identity (e.g., a government-issued National ID card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. We may also request proof of source of funds in certain circumstances. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on zz661 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zz661 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 5.2 Deposit Processing

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 4.3). Once verified, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. zz661 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider's standard fees may apply.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not had any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant Account balance to cover maintenance costs, provided the balance does not fall below zero. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and contacting our support team.

zz661 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion's terms page. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Real money funds deposited into your Account are always withdrawable regardless of bonus activity, subject to KYC verification.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet; live casino table games and live sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). 6.3 Bonus Validity Period

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. The standard validity period is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different personal details.
